
OPPORTUNITIES IN THE FIELD OF BIOMIMICRY
The Biomimicry Guild is seeking an interior designer to assist in the design of our new 2000 s.f. office* in Helena, Montana in exchange for a full tuition waiver** to the 2008 Biomimicry and Design Course in Costa Rica
Deliverables include:
- Full workable drawings and sketches of the space
- Detail drawings where applicable
- Selected color palate and materials list
We are seeking an experienced professional with a flare for modern, yet natural designs and experience in green design.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please provide a letter of intent describing your interest in attending the Biomimicry and Design course in Costa Rica and your relevant experience designing office and/or home interiors*. Include your website or other source for a portfolio of your work. Deadline for submissions is 1 March, 2008.
The successful applicant will be flown at our cost to Helena, Montana for one to two days to survey the project between 15 March and 15 April. The final submission of deliverables described above is 15 June, 2008. There will be no additional compensation for this work beyond the tuition waiver for the workshop.
Further explanation of duties and expectations will be provided by phone and via a contract between the individual and the Biomimicry Guild.
